Description: This is an Adult Cycling Camp for cyclists ages 18 and up. This camp will emphasize road safety and bicycle commuting skills. Students will also learn comprehensive bicycle handling and group riding skills. Students will receive professional instruction and on bike experience from a LAB league cycling instructor/USA Cycling- Certified Coach

NEW CAMPS SCHEULED - dates are tenitive
Adult Cycling Camp: August 2, 2009 - This camp is for cyclist ages 18 and up and will emphasize safe road/commuting skills as well as comprehensive bicycle handling skills.
Junior cycling camp: Saturdays: Sept 5 –Oct 10, 2009 -This camp is for School age Children ages 10-18. This camp will teach cycling foundations covering complete bicycle safety, complete bicycle handling skills, group riding skills and basic bicycle maintenance. 6 (1hour sessions)
Women’s criterium Camp: October 17, 2009
This camp will emphasize criterium skills for riders who want to race or want to improve there racing skills: cornering, body position, pedaling efficiency, drafting, tactics, and other techniques.
Advance registration for all camps is required and space is limited, dates subject to change.
